From TAP’s website

TAP Portugal Announces New Low Fares to Europe for Fall and Winter which include a Complimentary Stopover in Lisbon or Porto (or Both)

tap-stopoverAs we always say when we share a commercial story. We are not sponsored or don’t get tix, benefits or other advantages 🙂

But when we see special offers that make sense and offers we are interested in ourselves why not share them with others?

Like TAP’s special fall/winter deal where travelers from US to Europe not only get cheap tickets. They also get a free stop over in Lisbon and Porto – and that is something we would use. Every time we fly from Kathmandu to Lisbon with Turkish Airlines we get a free stop over in Istanbul. And we LOVE that – its like an extra holiday.

So if you live in the US, are planning to go to Europe, have the time and haven’t been to Lisbon the free stop over is an excellent opportunity to get introduced to this beautiful city. If you have been here already – you’re probably already ordering your tickets 🙂

TAP serves 45 European destinations from the US, via Lisbon, at fares starting from just $499 round-trip.

Travelers can stay up to three nights on their stopover in Lisbon and even add a free domestic flight to Porto also.

TAP serves Lisbon with daily flights from New York’s JFK, Newark, Boston and Miami, as well as nonstop to Porto twice weekly from Newark.  The Stopover program is available on all flights and all routes.
