To be quite frank. January in Lisbon is not for out-door lovers.
This morning when I went for my swim in the local gym it was 4 °C. And although the sun is slowly taking over it’s still too cold for most people to really enjoy all Lisbon’s fantastic outdoor spots – not to mention the beaches.
January is also the month where we have the most rain.
But don’t panic.
There are lots of other ways to enrich your walks around town.
