These days you can’t fart without getting asked to review all aspects of your efforts.
When you leave the toilet in fancy restaurants you are asked to review the standard, when you go through security at then airport they want your evaluation of their harassment, when you book a hotel on-line you are told to review your stay, when you take an Uber you have to rate your driver, when you watch a Movie Netflix wants your opinion, when you chat with WordPress you get a follow-up mail where they want to know how your conversation with their Happiness Agent was…
We often get mails from people who has something to complain about.
But how often do you receive a mail from someone who just wants to tell you about their experience with something you have worked on for years. Like the one below?
Never!… or almost never.
So imagine how much they warm our hearts.
We have worked with our Tings project for more than 10 years. Part of that project is to pass on our thoughts and ideas about how to run a hotel we would love to stay in ourselves so we slowly can get on to other projects.
Rod’s and Kay’s warm words show that we’re on right track.
