The Lisbon City Council provides free tests to all residents and all traders of Lisbon fairs and markets, as well as to its registered employees, through a mass testing system that allows the gradual de-definition of the monitor to be monitored, safeguarding the transmission of the viruses in the community and decreasing contagions.
