Portugal is one of the the most peaceful countries in the world

The 10th edition of the Global Peace Index Report has just been released. [caption id="attachment_6309" align="aligncenter" width="334"] Blue = Peace. See your country’s rank here[/caption]   Portugal is ¤5 on the Global Peace Index after Iceland, Denmark, Austria & New Zealand. Not that this is something we think about every day. But after having read about all the horrible bombings and killings all over the world it kind of pleased us when a friend of ours send us the report. Especially since were investing a lot of time and money on Tings Lisbon. What we do think about – and enjoy- is that Lisbon has the highest average temperature, most sunny days and lowest  average rainfall in Europe.
