Tings Studio is much more than just a Lisbon studio apartment—it is a welcoming home full of art, stories and personal details. This bright Graça studio spans the 2nd and 3rd floors of our little house, with wide views over the miradouro and the city below. You enter on the 2nd floor to a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and an airy bathroom with a walk-in shower. Light pours in through the French doors and keeps you in step with Lisbon’s rhythm. To one side, the terrace is shaded by bougainvillea—a spot for meals, hammock time or simply soaking up the sun.

The Tings Studio is filled with art that matters to us: a graffiti piece by Sneha Shrestha (Imagine), two works by Anders Brinch and Malou Vanggaard’s playful “Word Wheels”.

Every piece comes from friendship and shared projects, not from a catalogue, and turns the studio into part home, part small gallery.

Upstairs, under the attic roof, is the heart of Tings Studio: an open kitchen, a table for four and big couches that double as extra beds for kids. Step out onto the upper terrace for yoga, sunbathing or an evening drink with views stretching over the Tejo to the Pantheon. We designed this space to share what we love with friends and guests—cooking simple meals from local shopping, working at the terrace table or just being surrounded by art made by people we care about. AC keeps it comfortable in every season, and our homemade breakfast is always included when you book directly with us, just like all the small personal touches.
