Have a look at this—the photo I shot a few years ago catching Thomas red-handed trying to negotiate our xmas strategy with a giant reindeer...

He is totally NOT a Christmas person... yet he’s always the one doing all our holiday planning and communication! I’m convinced it’s just because the winter sun is shining and the days are so much longer here compared to the freezing, pitch-black Nordic winters we left behind up north.

When we get closer to the season he changes—then he becomes my right hand getting the hotel and lounge ready with decorations, firewood, new xmas plants, and candles. All the things our guests over the previous 9 xmasses here in Graça loved. Maybe we will pimp it up a little extra this year for OUR 10th Christmas in Lisbon!

We are only 15 minutes from Lisbon Airport by UBER/BOLT. We don't recommend taxis. Forget the Metro - the nearest station is only 600 m from Tings. BUT it's a vertical climb to the top of Lisbon's highest hill.
