Cats Twin Tings Lisbon – cozy twin room in Graça

Cats Twin Tings Lisbon is a cozy twin room in Graça on the first floor of our small house. It is basic but warm: two single beds, French doors with a peek towards the viewpoint just 50 metres away and your own bathroom en suite.

Everybody loves cats… almost—so this is the room that quietly smiles at you the moment you walk in.

The name comes from our original “staff”: Pretty, Tiger, Otto and Ginie, the four kittens that were literally everywhere when we opened.

Shraddha Shrestha, an artist friend from Kathmandu, dropped by in the middle of all that chaos and asked: “Can I make a wall in the room?” Two days later the entire wall to your left had turned into a cozy comic mural of feline antics.

That is why this feels more like a cat story room Lisbon style than a standard twin.

Cats Twin is as cheap as the best hostels in town, but here you get a private bathroom, air conditioning to cool you in the worst summer heat or warm you on cold winter evenings, and our homemade breakfast baked and cooked downstairs every morning.
