Our secret is a wonderful garden where our guests enjoys our breakfast, relax with a book and a drink before dinner in the shade from our fruit trees and a stunning view to the Tejo River.
Annette’s playground with all her and Ingrid’s hand made Burmese Parasols, all the colorful flowers, fruit trees and selected herbs and the view!

Of course our guests get Champagne for breakfast at their 50 year wedding anniversary.

Tings is a funny little boutique hotel, which prides itself on its simplicity. There are no televisions, consoles or hifis in the rooms, just a great place to relax!
Tings Lisbon surely is the best one-star hotels in Lisbon. A great option if you don't like traditional hotels and looking for a friendly and relaxed experience with some cool designs in the rooms and common areas. I would surely come back.
We love art & culture. So don’t be surpriced to you find yourself in the middle of a small party. Its a good way to meet likeminded And at 11 pm all is quiet and relaxed.
