If you live in Lisbon and can’t live without a traditional Danish Pork Roast for Christmas – aka a Flæskesteg – don’t panic. We have done 18 perfect roasts this month so far and don’t mind sharing our recipe.
Our guests are crazy about the bread we serve for breakfast. Its far from perfect but obviously better most Portuguese bread. Its something special – we just use a good local flour, a good local yeast and the recipe Thomas has used for more than 30 years. It cost les than 0,50 € to make, so all should do the same.
